1. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are based on the information you provide. If additional items, labour, waiting time, difficult access, or extra services are required, the final price may be adjusted. We will always discuss any changes with you before proceeding where possible.
2. Deposits & Payments
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to move your booking date, we will do our best to
accommodate this subject to availability.
4. Your Responsibilities
Please provide accurate details about the items being moved or removed, including any stairs,
parking restrictions, narrow access, or heavy items.
5. Moving & Removal Services
We take great care when handling your belongings. Please ensure fragile, valuable, or sentimental
items are clearly identified before work begins.
6. Insurance
We carry Goods in Transit and Public Liability Insurance. Any cover is subject to the terms, limits, and conditions of our insurers.
7. Waste Clearance
All waste must be legal and safe to transport. We are a licensed waste carrier and aim to dispose of waste responsibly and in accordance with UK regulations.
8. Prohibited Items
We cannot transport or remove hazardous materials, explosives, illegal goods, or any items
prohibited by law.
9. Delays Outside Our Control
Traffic, road closures, severe weather, accidents, and other unexpected events can occasionally cause delays. We will always keep you informed where possible.
10. Parking & Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access and legal parking is available. Any charges resulting from customer instructions may be passed on.
11. Acceptance
By confirming your booking, paying a deposit, or allowing work to commence, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
